The gold content is assessed at the outset by identifying the hallmark, a number marked on your jewellery that indicates what the gold content is. For example, 24 carat gold has the highest gold content and 8 carat has the lowest. If we cannot find a mark, we will test your gold to find out the gold content, and pay you accordingly.
Markings that you may encounter include 8ct or 333 to 24ct or 99.99 (100% gold) and any carat in between.

Sell Silver

When you bring your silver in for evaluation, we’ll weigh it and also check for silver content. Most silver will be sterling silver and may have the numbers 925 marked on it. Some European silver may be marked with the number 800.
